Corrupt acts by key people in the government's aviation safety offices and at United Airlines made possible two sets of record-setting airline disasters in New York City.
People, and the deep-seated culture that had key roles in making possible the 1960 crash of a United Airlines DC-8 into the Brooklyn borough of New York City, made possible the continuation of the conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to hijack four airliners on 9/11. During this 40-year span, many other air tragedies occurred, made possible by the corruption that made that 1960 disaster possible. And these conditions, thanks to the deeply engrained U.S. tradition of cover-up, continue today, with the American people threatened and occasionally made victims by these conditions. Consider the following documented facts:
Corrupt activities of key people at United Airlines (documented in FAA records) were associated with major and massive safety problems, safety violations, and the falsification of government-required safety records to cover up for the violations. The corrupt activities at the FAA were either fed by the corrupt activities at United Airlines, or vice verse. Those corrupt acts made possible a series of brutal crashes of United Airlines aircraft and the deaths of many people. This relationship has been described in federal lawsuits and in the book, Unfriendly Skies: 20th and 21st Centuries.
A former federal agent given the responsibility to correct these conditions, the author of this blog site, discovered and documented these matters. In trying to halt the misconduct, the crashes, and the deaths, he took many unusual steps. For instance:
As a federal agent, he used the law in a manner that it had never been used before; he forced a hearing upon the FAA where he acted as an independent prosecutor. During the four months of hearings, three more airline disasters occurred, each one caused by the very same safety problems, safety violations, and criminal falsification of records that had been repeatedly reported by that inspector and which FAA management covered up.
That agent wrote the first of four editions of Unfriendly Skies, the first appearing in 1978, detailing the corruption responsible for a long series of brutal airline disasters. After that book was published, Stich appeared as guest and expert on hundreds of radio and TV shows, starting in 1978, which total over 3,000 at this date. The sole purpose of the books was to inform the people and motivate them to bring about a halt to the deadly misconduct. (He was a dreamer!)
He filed over a period of years a number of federal actions seeking to report and force a halt to the corruption repeatedly involved in some of the nation's worst airline disasters. He even filed one lawsuit against United Airlines.
His name recognition from the books and shows caused other former government agents to contact him, and provide him insider information on corruption in other areas of government.
His earlier lawsuits seeking to report these criminal activities continued. He continued to encounter cover-ups by Justice Department personnel, members of Congress, and media people more interested in maintaining good relations with the government personnel who provide them with handouts.
To circumvent these obstruction of justice problems, he filed the first of numerous lawsuits in 1968, and the latest was in 2003—after the events of 9/11. These lawsuits were filed under the federal crime reporting statute and the statute allowing any citizen to seek a court order requiring a federal official to perform a lawful responsibility and halt unlawful conduct.
Federal judges then joined the cover-ups, compounding these acts by felony obstruction of justice and felony retaliation. These judicial acts enabled the underlying corruption to continue—along with the consequences.
Among those consequences were the hijackings of four airliners on 9/11.
With the 9/11 hijackings, when the underlying corruption in the government's aviation safety offices is understood, it will be seen that people at United Airlines, and certain key people in the government's aviation safety offices, made possible the two sets of aviation disasters in New York City: that of 1960, and those of 2001.
Ironically, these key people at United Airlines made possible not only the catastrophic disaster of a United Airlines jet in 1960, but also, from the ripple effects, the tragedies of 9/11 that included two United Airlines jets.
This relationship will never be investigated, as too many people, and too many groups, are implicated. Delving into the corruption and cover-ups involving airline disasters would reveal corruption in the three branches of the federal government beyond the comprehension of most people.
Everyone that share some form of guilt for these great tragedies have been rewarded. For the United States and its people, tragic consequences were caused and made possible. For that federal agent, the consequences were grim.
The evidence supporting these statements are available. But it is a sure bet that virtually no one will do a damn thing about it. They too share blame in these tragedies!

The tragic consequences of the misconduct that he was privy to motivated him to continue, despite the repeated blocks by federal judges, who covered up for the deadly misconduct. Some of these lawsuits are at www.defraudingamerica.com site.
