It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that the people responsible for preventing airliners from being hijacked were not the FBI or CIA, but rather the people in the government's aviation safety offices, and primarily the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

The FBI and CIA had the responsibility to discover the scheme to hijack the airliners and take action; but the FAA people had the responsibility to order the known preventative measures that inspectors such as Rodney Stich had recommended years earlier to prevent airliners from being hijacked.

Why haven't the congressional hearings or the 9/11 Commission focused on this area? There are "very good" reasons why they did not, and never will. Here are some of them.

* Hands-on government safety agents had reported for years to members of Congress the culture of corruption within the FAA that played prominent roles in airline disasters for the past 50 years.

* Numerous lawsuits were filed in federal court by one of those FAA inspectors, Rodney Stich, seeking to report the corruption. These included a lawsuit shortly before the events of 9/11, in which the corruption in the FAA (the area of primary blame for 9/11) was reported; and the corruption within the FBI-DOJ and CIA (the area of secondary blame for not acting on the evidence of the scheme).

* Lawsuits were filed after 9/11 seeking to report the criminal activities that made 9/11 possible, that is being kept from the American people, and these were blocked.

* Many members of Congress were repeatedly notified by government insiders of these serious problems and the ongoing resulting tragedies, and repeatedly covered up. In two cases, former federal agent Rodney Stich filed lawsuits against members of Congress on the basis of the congressional cover-ups. The response to the lawsuit by members of Congress? They admitted being advised of the corruption, that they did nothing, but that they were immune from the consequences by the speech and debate clause of the U.S Constitution.

* Stich repeatedly attempted to report the corrupt and criminal activities in these three government entities, being reported to a federal judge under the requirements of the federal crime reporting statute. Instead of receiving the information as they were required to do as part of their administrative duties (not judicial duties), they did the following:

* Blocked the information and evidence being presented. These were criminal acts under the obstruction of justice statutes.

* Rendered unlawful and unconstitutional orders permanently barring Stich the right to file any papers in the federal district and appellate courts. The intent was to block him from even trying to report the crimes, as such attempts made judicial records that would reflect back on the obstruction of justice by the judges.

* Charged the former federal agent with criminal contempt of court and at the age of 67, sent the former agent to federal prison for six months.

* From 1988 to 1995, that former federal agent was continually either in prison or waiting for trial on the charge of filing papers in federal courts seeking to expose the criminal activities and also for exercising federal defenses against the parallel legal actions being taken by CIA-front law firms to silence him.

* Numerous legal schemes were commenced that paralleled the actions by federal judges to block the reports of these criminal activities.

* Conspiracy theorists, and others who are not satisfied with the government's explanation for the 9/11 events, are missing a golden opportunity to not only help bring to justice the arrogance and corruption responsible for such tragedies as those of 9/11 and at the same time bring attention to the corruption in the three branches of government, and those outside of government, including the media, for enabling the corruption and the tragedies to continue.

* No one yet has addressed the hidden areas of arrogance and corruption that made 9/11 possible. Instead, they focus on (a) how the WTC buildings collapsed; (b) why the military did not respond faster. How tragic that the arrogant people, whose misconduct is heavily decried and documented in judicial records, ignore the opportunity of a lifetime.

THIS MUCH SHOULD BE OBVIOUS, FROM THE EVIDENCE, THAT THE PRIMARY PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE 9/11 Catastrophes HAVE ESCAPED PROSECUTION, ARE STILL IN CONTROL, AND THAT THE DEAD DIED IN VAIN:

* Judicial records exist showing that the former federal agent sought to report the criminal activities (including those that made 9/11 possible).

* Judicial records exist showing federal judges blocking the attempt to report the criminal activities. These were federal crimes, making possible the 9/11 hijackings and 3,000 deaths.

* Judicial records exist showing DOJ prosecutors and federal judges retaliating against a former federal agent for attempting to report the criminal activities that had already resulting in deaths and other tragedies. These were criminal acts.

* The former federal agent held the most sensitive hands-on safety positions in the FAA at one time, being given the assignment to correct the conditions responsible for the worst series of airline disasters in the nation's history. He was also a Navy Patrol Plane commander in World War II, an international airline captain after the second world war, and then became a key government aviation safety inspector-investigator. He was qualified to make these statements.


With this information, next-of-kin of the 9/11 hijackings still do nothing. Nor have the next of kin in many prior airline disasters that occurred due to the corruption. Nor has the general public showed any concern, despite Stich's over 3,000 appearances on radio and TV since 1978, the multiple editions of Unfriendly Skies: 20th and 21st Centuries; and Blowback, 9/11, and Cover-Ups that he has written seeking to inform and wake up the American people.


Even pictures of the many people jumping to their deaths from the World Trade Center, made possible by the people perpetrating these crimes, does not seem to cause any outrage among the apathetic public.

What protests there are, focus on abstract theories, while hard evidence exists that reflects a far more sinister situation that event the conspiracy theorists conjure up.
