Try this for size as it relates to the people primarily responsible for the 9/11 hijackings

Disregarding all the conspiracy theories, this is an area relating to the 9/11 hijackings that had not been addressed by any congressional hearings or the 9/11 Commission. And it involves hard facts supported by government documents available at www.defraudingamerica.com. Let's look at the 9/11 hijackings from a professional investigator's background.

  • People in what government agency have the responsibilities for preventing airliners from being hijacked?

    • It is not people in the CIA or FBI; it is the people in the government's aviation safety offices, and primarily the FAA.

  • What could the FAA have done to prevent the four airliners from being hijacked?

    • The main preventative measure, and the one that is most probable as being how the terrorists got into the cockpit: remove the cockpit door keys from the flight attendants, most of whom are female, and easily overpowered by any terrorist. Former federal air safety agent Rodney Stich had made that recommendation, along with countless others, while he was a federal air safety agent. That one preventative measure could have been accomplished within 24 hours by an FAA order to each of the airlines. The FAA had been receiving almost daily warnings of an impending hijacking by terrorists. But the many problems within the FAA made any such reaction highly improbable. In the book, Unfriendly Skies: 20th & 21st Centuries, and at this web site, overwhelming evidence is provided to show the corruption within that government agency at certain levels.

    • Screen to prevent any type of knife from being carried on board by passengers. Even after 9/11, the government has allowed knives four inches long to be carried on board by passengers. Even a two-inch razor blade can maim a pilot.

    • Strengthen the cockpit doors. It is improbable that the terrorists had broken down the cockpit doors on those hijacked airliners. The evidence shows that the pilots were suddenly confronted with the terrorists in the cockpit, something that would not be the case if someone was pounding on the cockpit door prior to breaking it down. Further, the average pilot would put the aircraft into an unusual attitude to stop anyone from trying to break down the door. Again, using the key obtained from the flight attendants is the most probable means of entry.

  • Why weren't these preventative measures ordered by the FAA? Was it ignorance or incompetence? Or something worse?

    •  Although various factors, such as politically-correct hiring quotas, cronyism, etc. play a role in the level of competence at the management levels in the FAA, the problems that are documented in government records and described in court filings reveal a culture of arrogance by higher levels of management, refusal to act on the reports of professional air safety inspectors, and harassment of those few competent inspectors who attempt to carry out the government's aviation safety functions. These factors are well illustrated in Unfriendly Skies: 20th and 21st Centuries. The book shows a 40-year history of airline disasters and deaths arising from these problems.

  • What government oversight-people and groups knew of these problems? And what was their response?

    • Members of Congress were told of these problems for the past 40 years, and engaged in cover-ups, as they have done with other serious corruption in other areas of government as they heard from government agents. They therefore were complicit in the disasters and deaths that could have been prevented. And that includes the 9/11 hijackings and 3,000 immediate deaths.

    • Department of Justice officials. They were repeatedly told of the problems, and covered up.

    • Federal judges were made aware of the problems as former federal agent Rodney Stich filed federal actions to report the federal crimes. These filings were authorized, and required, by the federal crime reporting statute. After the first attempt to report the criminal activities, which federal judges refused to receive, unlawful and unconstitutional orders were rendered that permanently barred that former federal agent from filing any papers in any federal court. These orders blocked the agent from reporting criminal activities to a federal judges under that statute. Shortly prior to the 9/11 hijackings, that agent against sought to report the criminal activities that would shortly thereafter made possible the hijackings of four airliners. In the interim, when Stich sought to report other criminal activities, DOJ prosecutors and federal judges charged him with criminal contempt of court and sentenced him to six months in federal prison. Then, while in prison, orders were rendered seizing and liquidating the $10 million in assets that funded his exposure activities. Now, think of how these actions enabled 3,000 people to be brutally killed. If this can sink in, simple as it is, maybe someone will finally show some outrage!!!! These matters are described in great detail, and with documentation, in several books, including Unfriendly Skies: 20th & 21st Centuries; Blowback, 9/11, and Cover-Ups; Defrauding America.

    • Media people were repeatedly told of these problems, and engaged in cover-ups. They then became complicit in the consequences.

    • And many others.

  • Why this information will never be acted upon: too many people and groups are implicated!

    • People in control of the government aviation safety offices are obviously implicated.

    • Members of Congress are implicated as shown by letters and legal filings.

    • Personnel in the Department of Justice are implicated.

    • Large numbers of federal judges are implicated.

    • Media people are implicated.

  • So, who is left? The public. And what has been their role in all this?

    • Many books have been written about these problems, and ignored by the blissfully happy sheep-like public.

    • Former federal agent Rodney Stich had appeared as guest and expert on over 3,000 radio and television shows since 1978, exposing these deadly problems. Reaction? Nothing!

    • Many other former government agents have appeared with insider information on all types of Trojan horse corruption implicating high government officials. Public reaction? Nothing!

    • For some of the public, the problems have been the cover-ups by virtually every government and non-government check and balance, and therefore they just did not know about what was going on in government.

  • What might motivate the public to show outrage?

    • Media publicity or congressional hearings would cause them to focus on these matters. But this will never occur.

    • If the many people complaining about government in general would focus on the hard facts (not conspiracy theories), read the books that are written by courageous but foolish government insiders, and start thinking about personal responsibility and loyalty to the country (rather than a political party), just maybe, the culture of denial may change.

  • What are some of the consequences of all these problems?

    • In the aviation sector, years of preventable airline disasters and many brutal deaths, plus the widespread consequences from the death of a loved one.

    • Years of drug smuggling into the United States by people associated with the government, resulting in various crimes, including murders, thousands of people sent to prison, some for life, and many who are innocent.

    • All types of other harm to the American people and the United States.
