People Whose Conduct
Had Catastrophic Ripple Effects on 9/11

The following people conducted themselves in a way that affected conditions that enabled four groups of terrorists to hijack four airlines and kill 3,000 people, which in turn led to still other tragedies, including serving as as excuse for the President of the United States to start a war in Iraq, whose catastrophic effects will continue for decades.

It is important to realize how seemingly remote conduct by certain people can have such profound seemingly unrelated catastrophic consequences.

But first, a few basics must be understood:

Who Had Direct Responsibility for
Preventing Airline Hijackings?

The responsibility for ordering the preventative measures against hijackings of airliners was with the people in the government's aviation safety offices, primarily the FAA.
 

The need for ordering these preventative measures was obvious, from the years of airline hijackings including the recent attempt in France to hijack an airline and fly it into the Eiffel Tower, and the almost daily warnings received by the FAA of impending hijackings of U.S. airliners by terrorists.
 

Misconduct within the government's aviation safety offices, resulting in preventable airline disasters and deaths, had existed and been reported for years. (Unfriendly Skies: 20th & 21st Centuries and Blowback, 9/11, and Cover-Ups)
 

This misconduct in the FAA had been repeatedly brought to the attention of members of Congress, the Department of Justice, other government agencies, the media, and the public, followed by the usual government cover-up.
 

Lawsuits had been filed by former federal aviation safety agent Rodney Stich seeking to report the corruption in the FAA and related airline disasters.
 

Numerous actions were taken to prevent former federal agent Rodney Stich from reporting the serious problems in the government's aviation safety offices, and within the FBI and CIA that he had discovered.
 

FAA retaliation while he was a federal aviation safety agent.
 

Judicial retaliation when Stich sought to circumvent the cover-ups and report the corruption to a federal judge, as required to do under the federal crime reporting statute.
 

Over 50 lawyers and law firms were involved in sham legal actions to halt Stich's exposure activities.

Responsibility for
Acting on Terrorist Information

The FBI and CIA had the responsibility to act on the information of the planned hijackings of U.S. airliners.
 

Prior to 9/11, the FBI and CIA had considerable information indicating that terrorists planned to hijack U.S. airliners. Higher officials blocked individual agents from acting on the information, thereby making the hijacking scheme possible.
 

Stich repeatedly sought to report the corruption in the FBI, the DOJ, and the CIA, through letters to Congress and other government offices, through lawsuits, and in the books that he wrote. Standard American culture of cover-ups and indifference.

People, Whose Actions, or Inactions,
Made 9/11 Hijackings Possible

People in the government's aviation safety offices, including those named in Unfriendly Skies: 20th & 21st Centuries and in Blowback, 9/11, and Cover-Ups.
 

Political people in the National Transportation Safety Board who knew of the problems and covered up for them.
 

People in the FBI and other DOJ offices who knew of the corruption and (a) covered up for them, and then (b) charged Stich with criminal contempt of court when Stich sought to circumvent the cover-ups and report the federal offenses to a federal judge as mandated by the federal crime reporting statute.
 

Federal judges who repeatedly blocked Stich and his group of other former federal agents from reporting the federal offenses, and became guilty of criminal obstruction of justice.
 

U.S. attorney David Levi and federal judges who charged Stich with criminal contempt of court when Stich filed papers in federal courts seeking to report the corruption in the government's aviation safety offices and the FBI and CIA. Their actions were criminal retaliation against a former federal agent and witness who sought to report crimes against the United States.
 

Lawyers and law firms, over 50 of them, who from 1982 to the present date engaged in actions that would knowingly halt Stich's efforts to expose the corruption that he and his group of other government agents had discovered during their official duties. Members of Congress, who were first notified of the corruption by Rodney Stich while Stich held the hands-on safety responsibilities in the FAA where most of the repeated airline disasters had their origin. Then, over the years, as Stich sought to report other criminal activities that he discovered from his many inside sources, he continued to make these reports. To this day, not a single member of Congress responded to the reports of the deadly corruption that had a continuing series of tragic consequences, and which will continue to occur due to the same culture.
 

Media people, whose cover-ups have been recorded in letters starting while Stich was a federal aviation safety inspector-investigator during a period of frequent airline disasters occurring every few months.
 

Members of the public, including those who heard Stich on his over 3,000 radio and television appearances; those who read his books; and those who heard other former government agents reporting the corruption that they discovered during their official duties. Virtually none showed the patriotism, the outrage, and help, that was needed.

There were more people implicated, whose conduct made possible the 9/11 hijackings and deaths and the events that followed, as well as many of the human tragedies arising from the corruption prior to 9/11.

Possibly the culture of many Americans, including those listed above, is also reflected by their approval of the decision to start a war with Iraq, knowing that thousands of Iraqis would be killed, so as to satisfy their desire to have a different government. Among the most vocal supporters of the war, and the serial lying by White House politicians, were the so-called Christians, and many Republicans, who continued to support the politicians whose serial lying brought about these atrocities. Their conduct is synonymous with the corruption, and indifference, that brought about the 9/11 tragedies in the first place.

The system is so corrupt, and the general public so indifferent, or worse, that the future will surely be bleak for the United States and its people. Who brought it upon themselves by the above actions and actions.
