Repeated Threats by U.S. President to Start War with Iran

Repeated Warnings of War with Iran by Reckless U.S. President

Not having learned anything about the consequences of war initiated by a reckless U.S. president, neither the members of Congress, media people in the United States, or the American public, reacted to the threat of the U.S. President starting another war with another Muslim country.

Numerous threats were made by President Bush to attack Iran, the latest in June 2008, without any protests in the United States. The headline on an Associated Press article stated "Bush Ups Rhetoric on Iran, Hints at Possible Military Strike." The threat of President Bush starting another war goes unrecognized.

Thee consequences of such a warlike military strike against Iran are beyond the grasp of most see-nothing Americans. For instance, here are a few of the probable consequences of Bush's starting of another war:

  •  Iran fires missiles at U.S. ships in the area, very possibly sinking many, or all of them, with heavy loss of life.

  • Other Muslim countries, including Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, joining to destroy U.S. personnel and assets, overwhelming the U.S. forces, inflicting a possible "Dunkirk" annihilation as never before seen.

  • Shutdown of oil from the Middle East, inflicting additional financial problems in the United States.

  • Worldwide terrorist attacks upon U.S. interests and personnel.

  • Cascading of events in the house-of-card-like United States, with the greatest disarray since the formation of the United States.

  • Chance for start of World War III, with nuclear missiles falling upon the United States.
