Lies, and that Segment of the Pathetically Naive American Public

U.S. media people have for years protected lying politicians, using such bland references to blatant lies as “misspoke,” “has not been candid,” and similar deceptions.

This deception, or cover-up for liars, has made possible the infliction of great harm to the American people, national security, huge financial frauds, and millions of deaths,

And in the process, the public has either been dumbed down—or kept in that mental stage. This dumbing down of people permits some of the worst types of frauds to occur, time and time again.

And with the pathetic level of reading by large segments of the American public, especially young people obsessed with such trivia as video games, ball games, and such, past frauds and their horrendous prices are not recognized.

People vote for politicians with a sickening lack of even the most basic knowledge about what goes on in overt and covert government activities, or by the people they are voting for.

Among the worse are those religious fanatics, and apparently the willingness to believe what comes out of the mouths of most religious leaders, it comes natural for them to believe anything coming out of the mouths of political con artists.

The support for large segments of the lies that led to the U.S. invasion of Iraq and the hundreds of thousands of deaths, and the perpetrators of these lies, helps explain the support for one of the most fraudulent, incompetent and lying presidential candidates..

Outright lying by politicians, and the usual cover-ups by media people, allowed White House politicians to start wars in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and the invasions and subversion of other countries. The cost, in the United States for instance, had been 38,000 deaths in Korea, 58,000 dead GIs in Vietnam, and a continuing death count in Iraq—plus, of course, thousands more maimed, crippled and suffering horrendous medical problems.

Plus the deaths and maiming in the countries the U.S. has invaded. And of course, the breeding of people worldwide that hate the United States and want to kill Americans.

In financial frauds, there was the hundreds of billions of losses in the savings and loan industry, the hundreds of billions of losses in the housing and financial frauds that started in 2007, and most of the American public still has not identified key participants responsible for these financial and other debacles.
