How a Single Statements by a Person Reveals Their Intelligence, and How Such Statements Were Ignored by Many Gullible Americans

• President George W. Bush, shortly after the 9/11 attacks, making the stupid statement that "the terrorists hate the United States because we are so good."
   
• Vice president running mate with presidential candidate John McCain, based her competency on understanding international affairs on the basis that she can see Russia from her home in Alaska.

There are numerous other examples, but just one stupid statement like that is sufficient to show the incompetence of the person.

And then, there is the intelligence level of those who believe the line!
