The Pathetic State of American Values
Insight Into Values of the American Masses
In July 2009 there was round the clock total saturation of television on the matter of Michael Jackson, eulogizing an "entertainer" that was known for pedophile activities and stunts that questioned his sanity. Almost totally ignored by the media—and apparently the Michael Jackson worshippers, were such matters as:
- The start of the slaughter of American military personnel in an unwinnable war in Afghanistan.
- The ongoing civil unrest and killings in Iraq made possible by the American invasion based on serial lying.
- The unprosecuted massive frauds in the housing and financial sectors.
- The increasing level of personal and financial crises suffered by millions of Americans, with worse yet to come.
- And the many other problems for which the American people, obsessed with children-like pacifiers, are unknown to the unread public. See such books as Defrauding America, Drugging America, Unfriendly Skies, Crimes of the FBI-DOJ, and the Mafia, for the history of ongoing criminal activities and the victims among the blissfully uninterested Amerrican public.
And prior to Michael Jackson, there were the periods of total obsession with the antics of Nicole Smith, Britney Spears, the murdered, O.J. Simpson, and others. Is it any wonder that America is a decaying nation!
Is it any wonder that the younger American, uninterested in material matters, and blissfully happpy with trivia, enables anyone with even the most blatant con game to fleece the American public!
Could it be that the many areas in which many Americans have suffered so greatly were not only enabled, or earned, but justified?

The media saturation over Michael Jackson may be more about the media than about the American public. In my circle I don't know anyone who cares about Michael Jackson. On the other hand neither is that circle aware of most of the crimes of the U.S. government. It's hard to hold them responsible, considering that they can find little about it in the news.
