Tragic Future Facing the Victimized American Public

Tragic Future Facing The
Victimized American Public

In July 2009, as the personal and financial lives of millions of Americans continue to decline, the media and U.S. politicians talk about an economic recovery. Some food-for-thought comments:

  • The actual unemployment rate is far higher than the official unemployment figures. Not counted ar4e those peoplee who have been unable to find employment and have given up trying, a group not capable of being recorded.
  • The underemployed, those people whose full time work had been recorded to part time, are not counted on the unemployed figures.
  • The actual loss of all income by millions of unemployed once the unemployment pay is exhausted.
  • The continuing loss of homes through foreclosure.
    • First it was the subprime mortgage issued to people who knowingly could not make the payments once the teaser payment period had expired.
    • Then, from about 2009 to 2011, the foreclosures of alt-A loans made to people that better credit, that provided for low payments for the first few years.
    • Then it started with high-income people who lost their employment.
  • After that, the people walking away from their mortgages that far exceeded the market value of their homes, causing a fur6ther decline in the value of adjacent house, and resulting in, a domino effect.
  • The failure of businesses that were purchased through buyouts by equity firms that loaded huge debt upon the acquired companies that mad the manipulators of the deals multi-millionaires.
The foreclosures of commercial real estate, the effect felt throughout the economy.
  • The reaping of financial rewards by the people bringing about the financial debacles as taxpayer funded bailouts paid to financial firms paid off the speculators in credit default swaps and other financial derivatives.
  • Among the consequences that are rarely stated by media manipulators, that diverts people's attention to such trivia as Michael Jackson, Nicole Smith, Britney Spears, are such people as:
    • The families forced from their homes, living in cars or tents, without money for food and other essentials.
    • The elderly who were living on their investments, and suddenly stripped of every conceivable source of income, with no where to turn.
    • Those who commit suicide, unable to cope with what was inflicted upon them by a totally corrupt system, and a public that has shown for decades no interest in being taken for fools.
  • The withholding of this information from the public delays their reaction to what had been inflicted upon them through massive corruption in and out of government.

One of the many books that focus on the problems is America's Housing and Financial Frauds by Rodney Stich. For a more sophisticated understanding of how the system has made fools of the people, read:

  • Crimes of the FBI-DOJ, Mafia, and al Qaeda.
  • Unfriendly Skies: 20th & s21st Centuries.
  • Congress and Other Cesspools.
  • Defrauding America.
