30-Year Anniversary of
U.S. Hostages Release In Iran

Thirty years ago this month, 52 American hostages were released in a CIA operation still unknown to the American people. This writer was privileged to become friends with one of the most experienced hands-on member of the U.S. intelligence community, Gunther Russbacher and his wife, Rayelan Russbacher. In the book, Defrauding America, details of many covert activities are described from hundreds of deposition-like conversations with Gunther relating to the hostages, and other covert activities throughout the world. He was a treasure trove of information that should be known by all Americans. This writer was in touch with Gunther almost daily during his final days before he died.
