Sad Plight of America's Real Heroes

Former Secret Service agent, U.S. Customs agent, who discovered major corruption affecting national security, and who posted a web site, www.customscorruption.com, trying to warn the people of the corruption and dangers, was set up like many other courageous real Americans, by employees of the U.S. Department of  Justice, stripped of his assets, imprisoned, and then upon releaser, subject to hatred probably worst than Libya's Colonel Kadhafi. Here is the latest information from Carman about the systemic attacks by the Department of Justice that has control of personnel throughout state and federal offices:

Just to give you an update, I was given a "shake down" by San Diego's finest (my former agency) at the East Mission Bay parking lot around 8:30-9:45 hours parked in an "open" area where hardly any cars or
vehicles were. There must have been less than 12 vehicles. (Next to Camp Land next to the Highway I-5). It is "ironic" at best the treatment I get because I am on "parole" and subject to searches. (Must be some computer instructions for that when they run my name) I have never been so humiliated in my whole life.

Officer M. Fish (young rookie possibly) and his "backup (senior man) conducted a search of my person and vehicle and found NOTHING illegal. I have nothing to my knowledge that would give them "PC" other than I was parked in an area that "may" have been a hang-up or is frequented by certain "night people", "homeless", possible tweakers, etc...which I did NOT see or come into contact with. I was literally trying to watch a Martial Arts DVD movie called "IP MAN".....

Since I was harassed unnecessarily, I left after about 60 minutes and went back to a Motel 6 in Mission Valley near Highway I-8 where I have stayed for the last 2-3 nights. My funds are running out and I have
been asking for help thru a local Temple/Church for jobs to NO avail. I checked into a local motel and was trying to fix the damaged glove box area due to the search by officer FISH and another SDPD patrol car happened to drive by the parking lot at this time. Thank God/Buddha these guys didn't decide to harass me. (Was I being set up or is there NO place where a person can stay without being harassed by local law enforcement?) My next place may or may not be as good due to my shortage of funds.

The U.S. Probation claims they do NOT have the funds to put me up in a hotel, so I might have to look for something else where I can park my  car. I can not get help from my own family since they "may" or may not have a single "firearm" which is part of everyone's restriction. My "other" Family lives in Mexico and I can NOT go to Mexico.  I was patted down while the "rookie" placed a pain compliance/control hold to my fingers behind my back while he did a complete pat down. (which he did twice) to make sure he didn't miss anything???  (patdown, Wallet, front seat area, back seat, glove box, trunk (filled with personal belongings, a locked briefcase, etc everything was "tossed" ....(why?) (Because I'm on "Probation" ) I was finally released and collected all my papers and left after being told I could stay, but not spend the night. (It would be illegal to sleep in my POV at a "public" parking lot. Maybe a truck stop??)

I still have some serious medical issues which prevent me from standing or running or basically doing much physical movements without pain or difficulty. I do NOT see why a police office would conduct such a search and then go thru my vehicle except to try and catch me at some violation. I do NOT see why all the special attention unless the Justice Department has put out the "word" to harass me at any level no matter what. I guess that is something to find out thru a FOIA or a competent attorney.

I now have to meet or inform my P.O. about the "contact". (Not the best contact when I have continued to assist law enforcement in almost everything, including notifying CHP of serious accidents on the
highway, etc....I have changed much and still feel a civic duty to report crime and especially "corruption". I guess this was my chance to "educate" some potential supporters.

I also have serious health issues like untreated injured rotator cuff, separated clavicle, (too much cuffing while in the federal custody) weight issues do to my metabolism, some memory issues, etc,,, ALL part or totally due to PTSD's.
