What is the Relationship Between a Series of Dog Poop Piles—and U.S. Political Conduct?

Picture the consequences of a dog pooping on rugs throughout the house, and the consequences of covert and overt foreign actions ordered by U.S. politicians.

The consequences of the multiple piles of dog poop on the carpets is that others have to clear up the mess and often there is permanent damage to the carpet. With the actions of U.S. politicians, the cleanup  is done by others and there are consequences—though the consequences have included, for instance:
